REFUND POLICY

At ORHairline Company, we sustain a very high level of quality assurance of our products. Every bundle of hair and items goes through a scrutiny process to make sure you are receiving the best quality product possible. All hair orders are thoroughly inspected before packaging and shipping. It is our top most priority to make sure you are completely satisfied and mostly importantly happy. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if you feel you received a defective product; you’re eligible for a replacement if you contact us within 7 days of receipt merchandise you will be provided with a mailing address and once the merchandise is received and verified, and once approved for a replacement, ORH will send you a replacement. It can also be exchanged if customer wants an exchange. Although no refund will be made. Please note that we will not accept any products that has been altered in any way.
